Agricultural Machinery and Their Functions
Agricultural Machinery and Their Functions
List of Available Machinery:
You need to be at level "Resource - 11" to be able to craft them.
▶ 1 - The Tractor
The tractor is THE main vehicle. It allows you to tow various agricultural trailers. The tractor consumes fuel. It is necessary to refuel it regularly.
To drive it, simply right-click to get on it, then move around as if you were on foot. To dismount, simply press your sneak key.
▶ 2 - The Plow
The plow allows you to perform the first step of a harvest, namely, plowing the land, over a width of 3 blocks.
Once attached to a tractor, simply activate the plow by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings, and drive to start plowing.
▶ 3 - The Seeder
The seeder allows you to continue the harvesting process started by the plow, by sowing (planting) seeds over a width of 3 blocks.
Once attached to a tractor, you will need to deposit seeds inside it from the tractor's interface. Then, simply activate the seeder by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings. Note that you must drive over plowed land to sow seeds.
▶ 4 - The Fertilizer Spreader
The fertilizer spreader also allows you to continue the harvesting process by depositing fertilizer on your crops over a width of 3 blocks.
Once attached to a tractor, you will need to deposit fertilizer (bone meal, manure, or expired food) inside it, from the tractor's interface. Then, simply activate the fertilizer spreader by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings and drive over your crops to spread the fertilizer.
This step is necessary for cultivating cereals, except for wheat.
▶ 5 - The Harvester
The harvester allows you to harvest crops once they have reached maturity over a width of 3 blocks.
Once attached to a tractor, simply activate the harvester by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings. Then, you can drive over your crops. The seeds will then be available in the trailer's inventory, accessible from the tractor.
The harvested crops are stored in the tractor and will only be available once you have deposited them in a silo using the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 2" in your settings.
▶ 6 - Liquid Tank
The liquid tank allows you to draw water from a source and deposit it into a water dispenser, for example.
Once attached to a tractor, you need to position the tractor over a water source and draw water by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings. Then, drive to your water dispenser and press the key "Vehicles - Capacity 2" to deposit the water into the dispenser.
▶ 7 - Grain Trailer
The grain trailer allows you to transport cereals from a silo to a cereal feeder, for example.
Once attached to a tractor, position the tractor next to a silo and collect the grains by pressing the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Capacity 1" in your settings. Drive to your cereal feeder and press the key "Vehicles - Capacity 2" to deposit the grains into the feeder.
To use a trailer, you need to attach it to a tractor by right-clicking on the trailer to retrieve it, then right-clicking again on the tractor to attach it.
If you want to release a trailer you have retrieved, simply sneak. To detach a trailer from the tractor, you need to press the key corresponding to "Vehicles - Detach Trailer" in your settings.
▶ 8 - Snow Trailer
The snow trailer allows you to collect layers of snow. Once the snow is stored in the tractor, you must put it in a boiler to melt it and retrieve various items.
Configuration
To use the vehicles without any problem, you need to configure the following keys in your settings:
Horn: press this key when you are on a vehicle to warn other players of your presence.
Capacity 1: press this key to activate or deactivate the action performed by a trailer (e.g., activate or deactivate the harvester).
Capacity 2: currently unused.
Refuel: press this key when next to a gas pump to refill your vehicle's tank.
Detach Trailer: press this key to detach the trailer from your tractor.
Agricultural machinery, including the tractor, CANNOT be retrieved when broken. You have to move them manually.
To ensure the security of the tractor, it has its own permissions that can be configured by sneaking + right-clicking on the tractor. From this menu, you have information about the tractor and can configure its access among 3 available choices:
1 - Limit tractor access to one or more individuals defined by their username
2 - Apply permissions defined by your country
3 - Apply permissions defined by the agricultural company you are in.

Manufacturing
• The tractor or its trailers can be crafted from the crafting station. They require relatively common resources, such as ores.
• Their manufacturing also requires rubber. This resource is obtained by processing oil
Upgrades and Customizations
It is possible to upgrade a tractor or change its appearance using the "Vehicle Lift" (Jack in English).
To use it, simply position the tractor near the vehicle lift, open the latter by right-clicking, and click on the "Link" button.
The tractor is then placed on the vehicle lift. It is now possible to change its engine, wheels, or even the appearance (skin) of the tractor. Changing the engine or wheels increases the tractor's speed or reduces its fuel consumption.
Here are the different upgrades that can be made to a tractor:
Tier | Engine | Wheel | Required Industry Tier |
---|---|---|---|
T1 | Copper Engine: +5% speed / -5% consumption | Iron Wheels: +5% speed | |

Vehicles need to be fueled to function. To fuel them, you must use a gas pump.
Connect this gas pump to a tank at the bottom of the pump.
This setup allows the gas pump to retrieve gasoline directly from the tank. The tank will either be filled with gasoline or connected to a pumping (oil tanker) and oil processing system to turn it into gasoline (refinery). The gasoline is then stored in the tank.
Remember to set your tanks to "emptying" or "filling" mode depending on their use.
Once the gas pump is connected to a tank, itself supplied with gasoline, you can refuel your vehicle. You must approach your vehicle to the pump. While on your vehicle, press the key (configurable) corresponding to refueling a vehicle.
You will then see the vehicle's tank gradually filling up on the top-left interface of your screen.
If your vehicle runs out of gasoline while far from your pump, you can craft a jerrycan to transport 5 liters of gasoline from your pump to your vehicle.
To fill the jerrycan, you must sneak + right-click on the gas pump with the jerrycan in hand. To fill your vehicle's tank, right-click on it while holding the jerrycan.
Note: You must wait 5 minutes between 2 uses of the jerrycan.
